You Say Medical, I Say Loophole

'California or Bust' takes on a new a meaning when you sell everything you own to head west and open a medical marijuana business. I have written about California putting a referendum question in 2010 as to whether to legalize recreational marijuana. I haven't got time to look it up, so here it is. Legalization equals taxation!
If the medical marijuana business is so profitable, what is the recreational worth?
Los Angeles is now targeting Cannabis Clubs that dispense medical marijuana 24/7. Lucky for all those involved there is a loophole involved. It almost sounds like a pot pyramid scheme, because it managed to open more clubs than closing them!
Still the city gives and then it takes away. It is very prepared to close and seize the pot dispensing shops until they become legal statewide!
