It is made according to years of knife grinder’s precision manufacturing experience by Tianming printing machine and absorbs the advanced technology from Germany. It is a new type of grinding machine which sets sharpening, polishing in one. Its key electrical and key parts’ bearing adopt the imported original documents, and it has reached the technological level of imports of similar knife grinders.
Its gantry-type body adopts carbon constructional quality steel which has been heat treatment; its wheelhead transmission is rolling positioning linear guide. The water-cooled motor patented technology allows the cooling water spray from the wheel center so that the effect of cooling becomes better. The rotation speed of wheelhead and grinding wheel are controlled by the inverter, the speed of them are adjustable.
Its wheelhead uses paste-type cylindrical grinding wheel to extend 1 / 3 service life of grinding wheel, so that greatly reduces the cost of milling knife; The polishing wheel head uses combined wool wheel polishing, can fully remove the knife chips.
