Make Money with Digital Camera

July 27th 2009 18:18
OK - so this is an idea that sounds really good.

Do you have a digital camera? Internet access? Can you fill out a simple form?

Lending, Leasing and Insurance institutions nationwide have vested interests in homes, cars, commercial property, businesses, trucks, RVs, boats, or any entity requiring financing or insurance. These institutions need to have updated and accurate information on the condition of this property continuously. It is simply not cost effective for them to have their own "reps" in every single town (zip code) in the United States. So, these institutions "sub" out this work to freelance "reps" all over the country. Once trained, your services will be in high demand.

This simple, but specialized work can be done by men, women, students, seniors, retirees, etc.. There is no cold calling, soliciting for work, or strange people coming to your home. There is no expensive photography equipment or special software needed. You do not have to lease an office or building. You can work right from your own home.

What a great idea! I'm sure, with a little effort, it would be possible to find some of these institutions on your own. (I'm going to try.) But, if you'd rather pay a small fee for someone to tell you where to look, you might want to check out this ebook. I know, I said I wouldn't charge anyone for any information I list on this blog - and I'm not. This is a referral. And it sounds like a pretty legitimate way to make money from home.

The author claims to have 100 companies that will hire people for this type of work, and offers free updates by email if you purchase the ebook for $37. Check out the link below for more detailed information.

From Home Data Entry

July 26th 2009 21:19
From Home Data Entry is a site that offers free registration, and claims it will pay $10 for each assignment you complete.

I signed up for this one, and completed my first assignment. It was pretty simple, it just asked me to review a website (which was a site offering help finding paid surveys - at a price of $69 - though it was offering a 50% discount). I was asked to tell in a paragraph or two what the website offered, what I thought about it, and if I found any spelling or grammatical errors (my cup of tea!). I completed the form - listed the 8 errors I had found - and submitted.

YAY! I earned $10. BUT...

They only give you ONE assignment free. To continue on a "part-time" basis (1 assignment per day) they ask you to pay a $19.95 one time fee. If you'd rather work "full-time" (3 assignments per day) they ask for $49.95.

They do NOT allow you to work off the fee by completing assignments first.
They do NOT pay you until you accumulate $1000 in earnings. (That would be 100 assignments!)
They do NOT have a referral program, BUT - they are having a referral contest. (Clicking on the link above credits me with a referral if you sign up.)

I haven't yet decided if I want to do this one. I think I'll research it a bit more to see if they REALLY give you the promised number of assignments after you pay their fee. I don't really want to pay $50 - and the $20 option would take over three months to earn enough to get paid!

UPDATE: I stated earlier that they only give you one assignment unless you upgrade. The $19.95 upgrade is supposed to give you a "part-time" status with one assignment each day. I have not yet upgraded, and they HAVE sent me an assignment each day - so far. If this continues, I don't see much point in paying for the part-time upgrade. However, it will take over three months at this rate to earn the $1000 minimum payment. If they really do give three assignments per day for the $49.95 upgrade, it would still take over a month to get paid. I wouldn't mind the extra $1000 per month income though.

Inbox Dollars

July 25th 2009 06:23
Another GPTC (get paid to click) site. Inbox Dollars pays you to read emails, complete surveys, play games, and more. It is free to register, and you get a $5 bonus just for signing up. Each paid email adds 2¢ to your account, and surveys and other offers add various amounts.

They also pay for referrals, shopping, paid game play, and assorted cash offers.Within an hour of signing up, about $5.50 was in my account. I didn't notice a minimum amount for requesting payment. Payments are processed on a net-30 basis - so if you request a payment this month, you'll recieve it on the first of the month after next. (Request payment any day in January to recieve payment on March 1.)

Again, not something you'll get rich at. With all the different GPTC sites, you could easily earn a few extra spending dollars each month by spending a bit of time online clicking ads, completeing surveys, etc. Considering it took me nearly two years of blogging before I earned the minimum $100 on Google AdSense, this makes just as much sense to help earn a little extra.

I'll keep looking for something a person could actually make a LIVING doing online.

Welcome to Work From Home Online

July 25th 2009 02:34
I've been looking for legitimate online work from home opportunities. There are so many sites out there that charge people for sharing this type of information with them. I don't like that - but that's how THEY make THEIR money.

This blog will be a place where I will share the opportunities I find. I'm not going to charge anyone for the information I share here, but I will, from time to time, share a link that is a referral
