Woman In the Song

I hear men describing the women in their lives as characters in a song.... you know what I mean..the woman who "did him wrong", "drives him crazy", keeps him "up at night", the one that "got away", or the "love of his life".

I would hate to think I am "that woman" for someone but I suspect I am. I am way more complicated than that and I woud hate to be dismissed so easily.

Did him wrong?...nope wouldn't ever want to be that one. The one that got away?...huh, well, it would be quite a boost to the ego to think there is some guy out there pining away for me *smile*. Drives him crazy...my partner tells me that all the time, but from a place of he can't get enough of me...oooh..the power of the Goddess. Love of his life...yup, apparently I am, and I agree with katy it needs to be mutual, which it is. And from that, the combined energy can move mountains.

Of course, it depends on who is doing the singing. From Michael Buble, it's all very romantic....being spat out of Limp BizKit song, maybe not so much *grin*

I think men are the sorriest form of life to walk this planet - maybe your son and I would see eye to eye seeing as he is on an 'I HATE WOMEN YEAR' - it was on an earlier post of yours = and as a woman I wish him well... relationships are a load of bullshit really... because... and it all boils down to this... because I HAVE DECIDED... that we each.... either ..... depend on one another!!!!

What, exactly, is that all about? That`s like depending on your best mates for a booze up and them turning up with A (1) bottle wine and there are 6 of you!

I think without realiseing we are always the unnoticed ones... to the love of our lives and then we realise it around the time we turn 90 and have all our great grandchildren around our fiercely burning birthday cake and feign blindness whilst we reminsce over our mis-spent entire life!!?

Maybe Im mad!!!!!
