Having a baby exactly nine months after she reported the rape only adds a twist into this case that's already falling apart due to the DNA evidence and the eyewitness reports of the woman who was with her that night.
Having a baby doesn't mean you haven't been raped -- other factors are stacking up against this woman's claims. Which is sad, because real rape victims may shy away from reporting the horrific crimes they've experienced because of possile false rape reports like this woman's.

Oh I see, I was confused by the article, thanks for explaining that, I see what you mean. I thought it was saying that having the baby was proof that she wasn't raped and as you said and I believe, many women do go ahead with a pregnancy after being raped. Very interesting case and post, thanks for clarifying.
