"Wildlife we found on night walk!!"

at first we thought this crab was dead. it didn't move at first when we touched it. it was sooo buried in the sand, we thought it was stuck. after a couple touches, it clipped it's claws at us. we ran screaming like girls do. lol

This crab and the rest of the wildlife, are ones my girls saw after i bailed out and headed back up the the resort patio to watch them walk a little further. i did about two miles, but didn't want to push it. <smiles>

a poor jellyfish that got washed up and couldn't get back out to sea. a few days ago, the girls all found some they rescued, sending back out. But this here jellyfish was found too late to save. These things are HUGE here!!!"

This little crab wasn't soo friendly. The girls had to "Run" to keep up with him long enough to get his picture!! lol

Thats all the wildlife from our walk. i did try and get pics of the birds, but they where too small and didn't show up.

these little critters are great... almost a little scary to get in the water with those jelly fish... scary! Crabs just freak me out ~laughing~

Ash, well, we where told that the jellyfish here don't have the stinger thingies. one even washed up into my son Chris's arms. you should have seen his face. <HUGE laugh> but it didn't sting him, he just threw it fast.
yeah, i don't go out too far and wont go out withought watershoes. <smiles> i'm chicken!!! <grins>

"Thanks Mis!!!" it was a great time. i like seeing the creatures from afar, and on the sand. creeps me out to think how many of these thigies are all over in that water we swim in!! "creepy!!!" i get in for the kids though and i REALY do love the waves brushing me back and fourth.
