Who Should Be Voted Next President?

Who should be voted as the next President of the USA? Someone who stands up for morals to a high standard? Or someone who wants to grow wild and dismantle the world? So far we have been seeing Presidents who are weak despite the fact that they can talk and garble to great lengths.
Clinton looked like a monkey who was going to lose it at every curb when he wasn't worrying about his looks which have been turning feline in their granny form;
Bush looked like a chimp who was going to talk trash to great extent as people and culture died under his rule, but he lost it and became shy during a moment when he needed to be firm - what no bombs? needing to look at Americans for terror?
Then Obama has been the mysterious President who has no real name or birth certificate and a moving biography, and who has and probably still does smoke hash.
Should Americans try to vote for someone sophisticated in their next vote?
