When will Child Support get their act together...... - October 2008

When wil Child Support get their act togther

I keep getting letters from Child Support with their estimates on how much Child Support I am suppose to recieve each month, BUT I haven't seen any money for more than 2 years, in fact I am owed over $20,000. Why do they waste their paper?
