When Drugs Make Good People Get Caught In A Crime

Here's a cop who was destined for a life of crime because he was under the influence of drugs. He broke into a Mercedes to steal a stereo and fell asleep on the front seat!

Apparently the cop was part of a gang of cops that went on a shopping spree.
