What's up with the U.K.?

The U.K. is on my list of destinations for future vacations. To me, it is historical, romantic, and speaks English, of course. But there is something coming out of the UK, parts of Africa, once colonized by Britain, and Australia that is not romantic, is historical, and speaks very bad, broken English. It is ugly and a crime to hard working people and people abroad who are falling for this scum madness. What I speak of is fraudulent emails, and plain out scams to steal money, identities, and destroy lives.
Here I am studying my spam folder and noticing an incredibly large quantity of blatant scam emails and wondering where are these coming from? I have a theory. There is a group of wealthy affiliate/gangsterswho are promoting their "get rich quick" system, which does not use any legal, appropriate business model, but, instead, tells their affiliates who, by the way, are the ones originally conned into believing this is a legit business, that they are to copy these letters asking these dump American's to send their contact info in exchange for their "inheritance" or some other bogus large sum of money. The belief that Americans are stupid and greedy disgusts me.
My email box is full every day of this garbage. Badly worded, weirdly punctuated. All Caps, no caps. Anything Nigerian is an automatic scam. Anything FBI, FEDEX, PAYPAL, YAHOO, GOOGLE... The list goes on. They are easily spotted by their shotty subject lines. "CONTANT FEDEX SHIPMENT", what the hell does that mean?
What this boils down to is that someone needs to litigate. Someone in authority needs to say "The UK is too fabulous a country, too respectful a country to allow our citizenry to run around robbing the world through deciept and trickery. Look Out! The british are coming again!
By the way, B.P. should be ashamed of itself. The Gulf of Mexico oilspill was an abomination against man. You were not a hospitable guest over here were you?
