What The 4th Of July Means To Me

Today is one of the most important days in our history. Today over 200 years ago we fought for independance from tyranny and unjustice. Today we are once again fighting those things. Today we have brave men and women fightning for our religious freedom and freedom from tyranny. With all this going on we still have people out there who are unfairly persecuting those men and women. I just saw a news story about a town in Colorado that did not want to honor a fallen solider because it glorified war. To those people bite me.
Next we have people who are so hateful to the soliders memories that they protest the war at any chance they get. I have even heard of protesters at funerals for fallen soliders. I can promise you this if I was to see that you would suffer my anger ten fold. You war protesters are the biggest bunch of morons out there. If you dont actually th ink that we should be in this war well than you need to go back to school and learn about history. To the people of San Fransisco and those in Hollywood who are so anti everything. Every last one of you can bite me!!!!!!!!!
Please today remember those who have died for our freedom no matter what war they were in whether they were soliders of bystanders. Say a little prayer of thanks for those who have done what they done.
And finally if you dont get it shut up because you are only making yourselves look like fools.

Political Certainty
As recipients of the gifts we were given on July 4, 1776, each of us has the right and obligation to protest actions of our government with which he or she disapproves. This has nothing whatsoever with respect and honor due our servicemen and women who risk their lives.
As a matter of taste, I wouldn't protest at a soldier's funeral, but to call those in opposition to the Iraqi war a "moron" goes beyond the pale of civilized debate.
Please don't tell me to "read history". Rather let us discuss specific ideas and proposals, with mutual respect.
And I promise I won't bite you. Will you make the same promise to me?

as for the war on terror.. go back about 10 years and look at exactly who was saying we need to do something about what is going on in Iraq...then we will discuss what is going on
it is quite interesting that so many people have selective amnesia about the war
furthermore we have every right to be there per the UN...they also seem to have forgotten what sanctions they put on Sadam so I will spell them out for you
no WMDS...and a WMD is classified as a scud missle so when that first scud missle was sent into Kuwait before the US did anything that alone gave us justification to fight...but apperantly you just want to be a great big loser...i for one dont want to end up wearing a burka....look at the rest of the world and see where they are voting...if you have no problem voting for
