This is a question that everybody has their own answer for it... every person, another answer...!!! I would say that no answer to this question can look the same because people tend to look towards their own personality when they answer to this question!!!
Pshichologically speaking... in order for someone to have great achievements, to concentrate on accumulating wealth (Spiritually, Pshichologically, Socially and Materially) all of us have to concentrate on knowing one thing better than anything else because this can be a Huge factor for One`s Success: Human Personality!!!
I always concentrate all my efforts when training people towards knowing as much as one can know about this issue. This is something of great importance and everyone of you which believe in their dreams, goals, their dear one`s happiness... must concentrate on knowing as much as possible about the people around them, having in mind that you must concentrate on analizing yourself first scientifically speaking! Why??? Simple... To get familiar with different types of personalities, behaviours and defence mechanisms people use in every conversation, every action, every move, in everything they`re doing!!! Knowing this can help you see the cause and answer better to a question that everyone asks themselves about the people around them: Why??? Why??? Why???
But where to Start??? Knowing that Us Humans are so Complex... and difficult to understand...
400 years before Jesus Christ was born, a Greek physician and philosopher named Hypocrates wrote about 4 basic personality types... Then in 1921 Carl Jung has wrote maybe the most important, the most complex and the most detailed book ever written on the subject. He called the four personality types, which were in fact eight because Jung asserted that individuals either "extraverted" or "introverted" their dominant function:
1.Extraverted Sensing (modern types: ESFP, ESTP)
2.Introverted Sensing (modern types: ISTJ, ISFJ)
3.Extraverted Intuition (modern types: ENFP, ENTP)
4.Introverted Intuition (modern types: INFJ, INTJ)
5.Extraverted Thinking (modern types: ESTJ, ENTJ)
6.Introverted Thinking (modern types: ISTP, INTP)
7.Extraverted Feeling (modern types: ESFJ, ENFJ)
8.Introverted Feeling (modern types: INFP, ISFP)
Why is it so important to know these personality types???
Practical Application for Persoanlity types is one of the reasons:
Education - Developing different teaching methods for ourselves and developing different teaching methods for others
Career Guidance - Which tasks can I perform best!!!... Which are best suited for me!!! ... Which are the things I `m best at!!!
Counselling - Helping others deal better with theirselves... their good parts and bad parts, their strenghts and weaknesses
Inter-personal Relationships - Improving understanding of other people`s reactions to situation, beliefes, feelings, actions
Managing Employees - Understanding our Employees best natural capabilities, at what they are most good at and where they are happier performing their daily tasks
