My name is John Maxwell with Fidelis Realty. An Exclusive Buyer Real Estate Agent is an Agent who works "exclusively" for the Buyer. It gives the buyer the best and strongest representation, without the "conflict of interest" that a traditional real estate agent has between the buyer and the seller.
