"Were putting in the Faerie Garden Today!

"I could just scream, i'm sooo excited!!" <soft smile> we have sooo many flowers already started and ready to go in. i'll put a Faerie circle in the middle. havent decided exactly how or what i'm doing with that. i'll figure that out as i go. i have some faerie statues, mushrooms and such to go in. dads heading to gte the tiller now and till it up for us. we have fencing to go around it already. it's a 40ftX40ft area for this garden. i'll take pics as we go. hopefully my flowers survive!! i have about twenty-forty sunflowers to flantalong one fence side. i may just put a sunflower in each corner, and then some against the house, some against our horses lean too,ect.

dads also picking up HUGE poster boards for me and Kaitlyn. we're going to draw out and mark some of the places where people where taken, shot, ect on the posters. i think by doing so it will make it more "Real" for Kaitlyn. i cried at sooo many spots last night, just showing her and reading it out loude. especialy the spots they took them to be shot, with the hose guy standing there to spray their blood down the drain. what goes through ones mind, knowing their about to be shot??
i get better and better at homeschooling every single year. i'm extremely excited about this year. This is our third year. Chris has one more year starting this september. Kaitlyn has two years. she may get done six months earlier for college. Thats one reason we picked something she has been sooo excited about learning. The Holocaust. now because we picked taht, she doesn't even want to stop schooling and our last year is finished. we just have to see the teacher. hubby's putting together the portfolios each nite. checking over work, but our part, mine and the kids is DONE. school out. so we do the holocaust because we want to. we're also doing art and photography.

well, Thats our day. Hubbies off for today and tomarow. Then starts afternoons. it's beautiful out. sunny and will get to 71 i think they said. getting warmer as the week goes by. i like the 71, it's a perfect temp. can't wiat to get outside!!

If you don't mind me asking, how did you know where the people were shot and such? Historical, or intuition or what?

Dianna,"i LOVE faeries too and can't wait to get my garden done.!" i've been dreaming it up for awhile now.
with the holocaust, they have diagrams of the camps, gas houses and all the such. my daughter and i are drawing some up on poster board. we'll sharepics later of what we have.

Hi Always,"That would be beautiful, the fireflies!!" one of my fav insects. There not out yet here, but i think they will be anyday.
Thie pic is another garden taht still needs LOTS of flowers. The new one is wayyy huge compaired to this one. it's going to be lots of wonderful work. Never bored if you have gardens!
