So it's been a while since I last posted here and I thought while I have a spare five seconds I'll pop by and post something and then see if I can keep up with posting here a bit more often.
So how has life been? Well it's a lot different from when I last posted. Why? Well last year I gave birth to a gorgeous little boy called Riley, it's been interesting going through the young baby stage again although we're not enjoying those disturbed nights sleep especially as when he was a baby Riley slept through the night and now as a toddler he has taken to waking and wanting to sleep in our bed. Oh well the things we do for our kids!!
Here's a photo last year when Riley was about a month old:
Callum my eldest son has taken to being a big brother really well and I love to watch both the boys interact even if it is a bit loud and manic most times. lol.
As you can see though the manic does subside sometimes and tenderly moments are had. lol
So what else is new? Nothing really, I've been working on my photography more and this year started a 365 Project which if you are interested in viewing you can do so here. It's been an interesting journey but also a lovely way to document our life this year. I'm thinking when the year is up that I'm going to print up a book each for the boys with their photos in as a keepsake. The project has made me think more about what I photograph and I've learnt a lot more about the settings on my camera and about editing afterwards. I've also been trying to start up my own photography business but with a young toddler that isn't quite that easy.
Well it seems this is all I'm allowed to post for now, that little gremlin on mine is telling me in his own sweet way that it's playtime. Hopefully at naptime (if that comes!) I'll get to see who is still here and what is happening in their worlds. Take Care. x
