I think these clips are relevant today............

I posted these two clips on youtube recently. Although the incident took place in 1992 I feel it hits home to more people today than when it took place in the 90's. Basically what the first clip is about a family coming to terms that their home is going into foreclosure and instead of being angry the homeowner paints the house with psychedelic spray paint as a tribute to Alice Cooper.

The second youtube clip takes place a few days later and at this point Alice Cooper has announced that he will make an appearance at the house.

I was just a teenager when that took place and I never thought their would be a recession that was worse. However the last few years have been devastating to so many families and I am scared. I pray that this economic hardship improves fast......for all of us

Stressed out & Im done!

I am beyond stressed out living in California. With all the talk about programs being cut from schools including colleges, financial aid being cut for students, as well as the fact jobs are hard to find right now. I want to know how can anyone let alone anyone with kids survive these times?

I was planning on going to school to get my AA degree and then transferring to a University to complete my education by working on my BA and then a Masters in Business Management. I do not know if I will be able to qualify for financial aid or if it will be enough to support myself and children while I am in school. I have been searching for a job in the meantime, but theres nothing.

What is one to do? There are only so many things one can do online t help supplement ones income. I see my bills increasing while my income gets smaller and smaller. This can be very discouraging at times and to be honest the only thing that keeps me going are my two daughters. If it wasnt for them I probably would have given up and ran away by now.

Full time student & single mom, yea I must be crazy!

I am looking forward to maintaing a blog here at Orble. Yes, I admit I do seem to have a chaotic life at times. Then again that seems to be expectation some people have of myself. I have to agree though. I am a single mother of two little girls ages three and four years old, as well as a full time college student. Oh and I live in California, a state that seems to be going to hell in a hand basket.

However, I do have a creative and very resourceful side as well. I have a knack of being able to find ways to supplement my income. This started out as a hobby for me many years ago. Now it has become my addiction. I try to share my info with everyone that I know. Especially with what is going on with our economy how could I not share this with everyone I know.

Being a student in California at this time is difficult especially with severe budget cuts that threaten many programs in the schools as well as financial aid. So things may change drastically for myself and my little girls come August 1st.

So that is a little about myself. I hope that you all enjoy my blog
