Calories (The energy Food)

The calories Your text goes here
Food energy is the amount of energy obtained from food that is available through cellular respiration. Like other forms of energy, food energy is expressed in calories or joules. Some countries use the food calorie, which is equal to 1 kilocalorie (kcal), or 1,000 calories.
Fiber, fats, proteins, organic acids, polyols, and ethanol all release energy during respiration - this is often called 'food energy'. When the food (providing fuel) reacts with oxygen in the cells of living things energy is released. A small amount of energy is available through anaerobic respiration. Nutritionists usually talk about the number of calories in a gram of a nutrient, but this implies that the food actually 'contains' energy.

THE EFFECTS OF NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODSYour text goes hereYour text goes here
The effects of calorie foods comes from negative foods; these are foods which use more calorie to digest than the calorie contains in it self, this make it difficult for the body to extract calorie from these foods. That is the food becomes harder for the body to work upon. Even though a food may contain equal amount of calories, much less of these calories can possibly turn into fat in negative calorie foods as fewer calories are actually available to the body.
FOR EXAMPLE
1. If a piece of food contains 400 Calories, that is kilocalories may only need 150 Calorie (actually 150 kilocalories) to digest by our body. This gives the body a total gain of 250 calories which eventually increases our body fat. Thereby a change of adding weight arises.
2. However, if 5 calories raw piece of a sample of food will need a greater quantity of calorie to be consumed probably by chewing and digesting, which results in NET LOSS of calorie from or body fate. The implication is Jus that… the more you eat the more your fat reduces.
Similarly there are foods that are said to be good for those who intend to loose weight naturally without any element of ster. Just keeping eating what ever you like and still keeping letting go of fats from your body. Marvelous!!
What then is the Formula?
All foods have a nutrient (carbohydrate, fat, protein), caloric (calories) and vitamin & mineral content. Vitamins stimulate living tissues to produce enzymes that breakdown the caloric nutrients of that food.
foods with negative calorie contain sufficient vitamins & minerals that produce enzymes in quantities sufficient to break down not only its own calories, but additional calories from boy in digestion as well. Known as "negative calorie effect".
Below is a free list of negative calorie foods

Negative Calorie Diet
It si obvious from above that in order to loose weight you need to burn off more calories of your body than you take in. The diet recommends eating the foods from the above list. The negative calorie diet (some says it zero calorie diet) is very helpful in fast weight loss. You should know the complete list of the foods requiring your body to "burn" more calories processing them through your digestive system than the actual calorie content of the food itself. This results in your body burning up the excessive stored fat!

The Calorie

CalorieYour text goes hereYour text goes here
The calorie is a pre-SI metric unit of energy. It was first defined by Nicolas Clément in 1824 as a unit of heat, entering French and English dictionaries between 1841 and 1867. In most fields its use is archaic, having been replaced by the SI unit of energy, the joule. However, in many countries it remains in common use as a unit of food energy.
The small calorie or gram calorie (symbol: cal) approximates the energy needed to increase the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 °C. This is about 4.2 joules. Food calorie (symbol: Cal) approximates the energy needed to increase the temperature of 1 kilogram of water by 1 °C. This is exactly 1000 small calories or about 4.2 kilojoules.
Scientifically, "calorie" refers to the gram calorie; with a symbol cal. Metric prefixes are used with this name and symbol, so that the kilogram calorie is known as the "kilocalorie" and has the symbol kcal. When referring to food energy, calorie refers to the large calorie.
In other words, 1 kcal = 1000 cal = 1 Cal
The conversion factor between calories and joules is numerically equivalent to the specific heat capacity of liquid water (in SI units).

Calorie VariationsYour text goes here
The energy needed to increase the temperature of a gram of water by 1 °C depends on the starting temperature and is difficult to measure precisely. Accordingly, there have been several definitions of the calorie.
The factors used to convert measurements in calories to their equivalents in joules are numerically equivalent to expressions of the specific heat capacity of water in joules per gram or kilojoules per kilogram.
