Weight Gain

Weight gain is easy. All a person needs to do it sit still. You can hardly feel it when you put on weight. It just happens. It is the weight loss that proves more difficult, but only when you are aiming for a particular weight. When you forget about doing exercise you loose weight naturally. You don't focus on it, and you let it fall as you move. That is how most people like to lose weight, because you are not focusing on it.
