Week 10 Review Part 2

November 15th 2012 01:29
Pats 37, Bills 31
This was yet another game where the Pats offense could not close out the game and where the defense almost lost them the game. Luckily the Bills offense chocked at the end of the game and bailed the Pats out. The Pats have to be worried about how bad their defense is and that Bill Belichick does not have any answers on how to fix the defense. The Bills played a great game but they are still a few players away from being better than the Pats.

Vikings 34, Lions 24
Just as we thought the Vikings we headed downhill and the Lions we starting to come back, this game happens. Adrian Peterson has to be the leagues MVP as he has carried this team all year and this game was no different. He punished the Lions defense all game long and made the passing game a lot easier for Ponder. The Lions seem to have problems on the defensive side of the ball that will cost them more games if they are not fixed soon

Titans 37, Dolphins 3
The Dolphins were another team that thought were to turn the corner, but disappointed in week 10. this team has struggled on the offensive side of the ball in some games and it was not helped this game when Reggie Bush was benched. i was completely baffled by the fact that Joe Philbin benched his start player, even if he was trying to send a message. The Titans seem to be a legit threat now that Jake Locker is healthy. His ability to run the ball adds a element to the offense that they did not have with Matt Hasselbeck. The Titans played a great game and exposed the Dolphins as a immature team.

Saints 31, Falcons 27
I have to say that i picked the Saints to win this game, just need to point that out. The Falcons showed what happens when they can not force the other team to make a crucial mistake when the game is on the line, as they were the one to make the mistake instead. The Saints and Drew Brees proved that they are still dangerous and will make a push for a wild card spot. This game highlighted some of the problems that the Falcons have on defense as they struggled to stop Brees throughout the game.

Bucs 34, Chargers 24
The Hot Seat continues to get hotter for Norv Turner as his team dropped yet another winnable game this year. The Chargers are simple not the elite team that they were five years ago as they let too much talent never and never replaced it. The Bucs continue to impress me and they will be in the playoffs at the end of the year
