1:14 for 17k (hilly)
a new run today, met Sean, Vlad, James, and Keith at all of 6:15 am (meaning a 5:30 wakeup to start running at 5:50) for a run to centennial, then back down to bronte, around to tamarrama, back up the hill to st caths, then back home. a couple of nice hills and road action, but felt good powering along.
although its bloody early, it was kinda fun. but felt wreaked for the rest of the day, and had to sleep in the arvo. but even though i cant make this run during uni term, its a nice change during holidays.
