Warm Up

Ensure to warm up when you are planning to do exercise. It doesn't matter if you are planning to run, walk, or swim. All that matters is that you are there in order to participate in a duty. That is to participate in the duty of exercise. Hence you will need to roll those ankles, do those bounces, and rotate those arms, in order to ensure you are up to the task of exercising.
