It is all too often great bands are regarded as a dime a dozen and overlooked. This has not been the case with Sydney’s "Waltz N Black." After more than Twelve Months of dedicated song writing and rehearsals, Waltz N Black decided it was time to get some serious attention and take their talent to the next level. Waltz N Black is formally placing a debut introduction to the Australian Media and public.
Gaining a Nation wide and International fan base of die hard fans has been the strongest proof of Waltz N Black’s grasp on the Australian Music Industry. Within the past few weeks Waltz N Black have been performing at Interstate Venues and Private bookings alike, which again can only place bold statement of Waltz N Blacks popularity at local and Interstate level. With a new recording under discussion and material ready to record, Waltz N Black are not the dime a dozen band that often get lost in the rush. More so, the band that stands out, the band with an army of fans that reach all corners of the globe, the band that has the power of the people on their side. Waltz N Black are an energetic band that performs to the people and is for the people, a band that has that "IT" factor that is so often mentioned.
Waltz N Black has signed a Management contract with International Management and Booking Agency Company, Melbourne based MMAPP. Sarah Pearce, owner of MMAPP, who manages the likes of U.S based R&B Artist Llewellyn and Poland Rock outfit MotherNight, noticed the addictive qualities of Waltz N Black after an email that was sent by Waltz N Black to her Company. She took a trip to Sydney to meet and watch Waltz N Black perform live. She stated "To see Waltz N Black perform live was really something else; I could not compare their live performance to any other band I had ever seen. They were magnetic and addictive, I watched the audience, they loved every second of their set, I had never seen a crowd be so involved, I had never seen a band ever let a crowd be that involved. It was beyond explanation. They did not have to try, and it was not a show, this was the real deal, real musicians with a goal, I could see professionals on the Journey of their lives."
Waltz N Black are a four piece band consisting of Sean on Lead Vocals, a unique vocalist who cannot be judged or pigeon holed, a chameleon who can change with the times. Matt on Lead Guitar, provides the solos and riffs that give dimension and life to Waltz N Black. Josh on Bass, the funky pop and slap Bass sound that creates the originality of waltz N Black, the fine line between standard Rock and Funk. Grant on Drums, provides speedy fills and energetic, yet immaculate timing. Together Waltz N Black are the tightest and addictive sound.
