Viva las Elvis

They say beauty is only skin deep, i beg to differ. Beauty goes much deeper, it comes from talent,grace,poise, or something as simple as a kind act. Take Elvis Presley for starters, undoubtedly a beautiful man to look at. But his voice was beautiful and his giving nature was as equally as beautiful. So, to say beauty is only skin deep, is a shallow observation on what beauty is.

I think you have a point about beauty being in the eye of the beholder but Elvis was in a league of his own.
He cannot be compared to the averaged man.

The reason Elvis is the greatest pop star of all is his voice. Take away all the image, and you still have that amazing, instantly recognizable voice.
