Money Making Tips

October 9th 2007 03:35
Making money online can be a hard task if you don't do it well. There are several hundreds of sites willing to show you how to make money at home for a fee! The only thing you could end up making is a boxful of spam and an empty credit card! We will show you different ways to make money online for free!

Check out our tips to help you make money online from your home!

NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING - Never give any money to anyone to join anything. Serious companies that offer online jobs shouldn't be asking for money before they recruit you. Neither should you be spending your hard-earned money to buy e-books with titles like "get rich quick", "becoming rich online", "make money", "free money" or any other similar topics. You can get all the information you need for free on sites like this and thousands of others. Also, forget pyramid schemes and programs which claim that you can invest a dollar and get five thousand back; they are scams and they just don't work. Finally remember that there is no such thing as free money. Be realistic, nobody is going to give away money but you can still earn some decent amounts online!

RESEARCH THE OWNER - Before you join any scheme or any program that is offering you any revenue, research the owner well. Check where the site is hosted and if something looks funny DO NOT join. To check whois details for the owner, put in the domain name (eg google.com, hotmail.com etc, without 'www.') in the text box on SpamHelp and choose Whois (Domain). You can also check out the forums section where you can join several forums related to making money online and learn how to earn more.

DISAPPEARING ACT - Many sites disappear overnight. Don't be surprised if you invest or join something and the owners vanish off the face of Earth. Always be cautious. If you are really sure that you want to invest money, never invest or rather gamble more then you can afford to lose. As an online money making advice site, we do not recommend that you invest in any kind of online schemes. Besides being illegal, they are also very risky!

PROTECT YOUR PASSWORDS - Keep your payment passwords safe and never use credit cards for "ID or age verification". There are many unscrupulous people waiting to find ways to get hold of your money. Passwords are considered to be the safest when they contain both letters and numbers. Also remember to change passwords regularly and not to have a standard password to use for every signup.

REPORT SCAMS - If you have been scammed or duped, don't be afraid to report it. Remember that reporting a scam site will help shut it down, before more damage is caused. Don't let scammers get away with your money. Check out our Scams section which will point you to the right authorities.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEMS - Don't mix your personal money with money you make off the internet. Open a free international e-gold account and always request payment by it. E-gold can always be transferred online and changed into your own currency. Alternatively, one can always use PayPal, or Moneybookers. More information about this in the FAQ and e-money pages.

PROTECT YOUR COMPUTER - Install a firewall, antivirus and popup blocker and update them frequently. We use the Google tool bar to block popups and trust us, nothing goes past it. Also make sure to download spyware and adware removers. It is impressive how much malware and other unwanted stuff gets installed on your computer without you knowing after just a few hours of browsing. Download free software from our software section

AVOID ADULT SITES - Avoid entering any adult and/or pornographic sites since many of these are more likely to contain spyware, advertisments and popups.

GET A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS - Never give your personal email address. Always open a new one so you don't get your personal mails mixed up with your business ones. Furthermore, should you receive any spam it will be easier to get rid of and your personal email remains clean. Never respond to spam since this only confirms that the email is actually being viewed. Actually, don't even open a message that appears to be spam. Some spam can come with a built-in code that will notify the sender that your address is legitimate if you just open the message. This will obviously result in more spam!

READ THE SMALL PRINT - Whenever you decide to use almost any online service, the first thing you get asked for is your email address. This is normally quickly followed by a set of checkboxes: "Yes! Sign me up for our free weekly money making newsletter! ... Yes! Please include me in your best products and services mailing list! ...". etc etc. Worst of all, these boxes are of course all checked by default, relying on the fact that many people send in the form without reading all the small black print and deselecting these Special Offers box-by-box. Beware, always read the small print and never join any mailing lists unless you intend to clean out your mailbox every few hours!

PROTECT YOUR EMAIL - Also do not post your email address in any public forum or site. There are harvesters which are sent to crawl websites and register anything that includes @, and the new intelligent ones even register "AT". As you can imagine, the addresses registered are then sold off to people who will happily fill your mailbox! Check out our spam section for more information.

MAKE YOUR OWN WEBSITE - If you do join any money making scheme, incentive or affiliate program, try to make your own website to show your wares. Advertise your site to get traffic, and keep it as professional as possible to make sure your visitors return. Promote your site for free with the major search engines and directories to get good quality traffic. Visit the submit url section for a list of sites that submit your url for free.

JOIN AFFILIATE PROGRAMS - When you have made your own site, it might be a good idea to signup with some affiliate programs that will provide you with a large percentage of the sale or lead that would be generated from your site by means of a uniquely coded text link or banner.

TAKE PAID SURVEYS - There are several companies that are ready to pay you for your opinion. Your opinion could be very valuable in market research and other business ventures. So check out our surveys section to start making money at home!

PAID TO SURF - Get paid to surf is a new money making idea that allows you to make money from just surfing the web. Read more about paid to surf!

PAID TO READ EMAIL - Like most other things in life, earning money should be a slow but sure process.

For most people, changing employers will not really affect your ability to qualify for a mortgage loan. For some homebuyers, however, the effects of changing jobs can be disastrous to your loan application.

Salaried Employees
If you are a salaried employee who does not earn additional income from commissions, bonuses, or over-time, switching employers should not create a problem. Just make sure to remain in the same line of work. Hopefully, you will be earning a higher salary, which will help you better qualify for a mortgage.

Hourly Employees
If your income is based on hourly wages and you work a straight forty hours a week without over-time, changing jobs should not create any problems.

Commissioned Employees
If a substantial portion of your income is derived from commissions, you should not change jobs before buying a home. This has to do with how mortgage lenders calculate your income. They average your commissions over the last two years.

Changing employers creates an uncertainty about your future earnings from commissions. There is no track record from which to produce an average. Even if you are selling the same type of product with essentially the same commission structure, the underwriter cannot be certain that past earnings will accurately reflect future earnings.

Changing jobs would negatively impact your ability to buy a home.

Bonuses
If a substantial portion of your income on the new job will come from bonuses, you may want to consider delaying an employment change. Mortgage lenders will rarely consider future bonuses as income unless you have been on the same job for two years and have a track record of receiving those bonuses. Then they will average your bonuses over the last two years in calculating your income.

Changing employers means that you do not have the two-year track record necessary to count bonuses as income.

Part-Time Employees
If you earn an hourly income but rarely work forty hours a week, you should not change jobs. There would be no way to tell how many hours you will work each week on the new job, so no way to accurately calculate your income. If you remain on the old job, the lender can just average your earnings.

Over-Time
Since all employers award overtime hours differently, your overtime income cannot be determined if you change jobs. If you stay on your present job, your lender will give you credit for overtime income. They will determine your overtime earnings over the last two years, then calculate a monthly average.

Self-Employment
If you are considering a change to self-employment before buying a new home, don’t do it. Buy the home first.

Lenders like to see a two-year track record of self-employment income when approving a loan. Plus, self-employed individuals tend to include a lot of expenses on the Schedule C of their tax returns, especially in the early years of self-employment. While this minimizes your tax obligation to the IRS, it also minimizes your income to qualify for a home loan.

If you are considering changing your business from a sole proprietorship to a partnership or corporation, you should also delay that until you purchase your new home.

Money Making Business

The World Wide Web is filled with opportunities for all types of people to make money. Whether you're a writer, a webmaster, an affiliate marketer, a direct seller, or a niche marketer, there are an infinite number of ways in which someone can make money on the internet. Out of all the millions of ways that people have found to be successful in their money-making ventures, one of those ways to make money is by creating a web directory. There are many people who may think that creating a web directory is a difficult process, but in reality it's as simple as driving to the store.

Ideas for a Web Directory
The first thing that you should know about web directories is that there are different types. In order to make money with your web directory, the first idea that you should come up with is what type of web directory you will give to the internet world. The 2 basic types of web directories are general directories and specialty niche directories. The difference between the two ideas is pretty simple: general web directories contain more than one category over a whole range of topics, such as business, shopping, dining, and travel. Niche web directories, on the other hand, offer one specific category to internet users, but there may be several specific topics within the category. For example, bus travel could be a category inside a niche directory about travel.

Setting Up Your Web Directory
Once you have figured out which type of web directory you want to make money online with, the next thing you must do is to set up the website. This is pretty simple to do because all you need is the PHP Link Directory Software installed to your domain page. The PHP Link Directory is the most popular software for setting up web directories so one should have no trouble getting a hold of it. After the software is installed the directory owner then must decide which categories to add and which to exclude. This is where the part comes in where you will really be making money with your web directory.

Yes, I strongly believe that collegiate athletes should definitely recieve payment for competing in college athletics.

Though the sponspers pay them with the required money they still deserve that the college pays for their play. The college can either pay them in cash or scholarship by providing them compensation in fees and distributing free books

Many of us have the habbit of leaving the whole world while working. We call them workcoholics. Almost 85% of the people are workoholics according to the latest reasearches.

People tend to forget everything for the sake of their work. They even forget what happiness is, what is the way of enjoyments they can have, etc

I strongly believe that heaven is just a state of being. It is the soul which resides in heaven they say. But is it really true that there is something called haven?
If something called heaven exists, where is it? Is it in the blue skies or deep inside the water

If at all I had a choice of buying only one computer then I would definitely go for a laptop. This is mainly because of many reasons. As compared to a desktop PC a laptop has lot of advantages over desktop computers.

Though personal computers are available at very cheap rate with high speed processors, lot of other gadgets, large speed, large memory, etc people would definitely prefer to go for a laptop

Are you not a US native , but want to visit US for study or travel purposes? Then you need a passport and a visa for that. All persons must have their own passport including infants.
If you do not have a passport and want to apply freshly, then you need to go in person to apply for it

1. Art galleries are the most fascinating site seeing places for tourists. Tate Modern and Tate Britain are exceptional national art galleries that have won various recognitions from ages. Trafulgar square national gallery and National Portrait gallery are some more that house the finest arts.
