Computer hard drive failure

Are you suffering from Computer Hard Drive Failure?
Usually we ask what the symptoms of the hard drive failure are. What was the computer doing prior to giving up? Running slow? any messages regarding errors and advising you to best back up? Your computer can only tell you so much as the drive is failing.
If programs are loading slowly or not opening until you shut down the computer - it is a good time to check your back ups.
If you are lucky - it could be a simple computer glitch? If at any time you are hearing a clicking noise ( whirring - beeping & grinding included here) do not allow any further power to the drive. Any internal noise can be errors being created on the internal platter surface and you will not know how that is affecting your critical data until we are able to have a look at the data once extracted from that failing drive.
If you are unsure - please call - data recovery companies hear these noises every day and can guide you as to the best way to proceed.
Keep in mind only you can find back up data..... and only you will ever be able to put value on the data that is on your failed hard drive.

So Hard Drives have moving parts and, like anything, these moving parts wear out over time.
That means all hard drives will fail given enough time that is 100% failure - lesson in this you require back ups to be in place!
