The Indian spices, basmati rice and ghee used for this dish would be available at your Asian/Indian grocer. Ghee is clarified butter used in a lot of Indian food. It will store well for months in your pantry in an airtight container

Yes girls, the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Dan I and have been together for 4.5 yrs, and are now engaged! How, do you ask? It was a cup of Indian tea that did it. Dan was introduced to me at a cousin’s birthday party. I was instantly impressed by him, and we danced and talked all night. At the end of the night, I gave him my phone number (without him asking!). I was smitten and was hoping to meet him again.
