Vegetarians and Weaker Bones

The scientific community has found that a vegetarian diet can lead to weaker bones. Vegans, who thrive only on vegetarian diets, are the highest risk. Vegetarians that consumed eggs and milk had stronger bones than vegans.
It seems that meat is good for the bones. Again we are omnivores and variety is a key. But an exclusive diet will eventually lead to problems. Although it says that the bones were slightly weaker, that makes a big difference when it comes to osteoporosis.
