Urban Lumberjacks

A new buzzword (or two rather) is being spoken in the cities: Urban Lumberjack. These reincarnations of Paul Bunyan aren't just city dwellers with plaid shirts and stocking caps, they're people who are concerned about the environment and have started a unique--an popular--movement of recycling.
Urban Lumberjacks strive to recycle used wood. Using found materials and reclaimed materiel is not new, in fact, it's a cornerstone of American ideology. Think of all the resale and antique stores we have in this country! Urban Lumberjacks reside in a niche that revolves around reclaimed/used wood that is found in urban settings. They dumpster dive or stop on roadsides to grab the valuable piece of old wood.
