Diesel prices are getting insane. I just paid $5.28 for a gallon of the stuff! This is nuts. Didn't I hear on the radio a few days ago that the price per barrel had just dropped a few dollars? How come when the barrel price goes up, we see it at the pumps right away but when it goes down its nothing but a news item.
They got oil company guys in front of congress awhile back. Does anyone know why? Did it do any good? Oh hell no. More running their jaws for nothing and still the price goes up. Yeah, congress, way to go. We need to fire all the bastards before they can do us any more harm. I bet they "feel our pain" all the way to the bank.
