UFO's In The Sky

Ashley looked to the sky. There were lights in the sky, and they weren't stars. She could see them as clear as day, and she gasped before she looked over to Jane who gasped as she pushed her hands up to her face.
“What do you think they want?” asked Ashley as she glared.
“I don't know, but they usually just fly by;” told Jane.
“Are you sure?” asked Ashley as she glared at the sky and saw a cluster of the white beams sway from side to side.
“I am pretty sure;” told Jane as she nodded.
“Look at them, they just move so fast!” said Ashley as she pointed and narrowed her eyes.
“I know;” told Jane as she narrowed her eyes to see clearly. “They move from side to side;” she added.
“I know;” said Ashley as she nodded.
Jane looked as she saw a couple more sweep in to join the others. They were a prominent cluster. It made her gasp as she looked up at the sky, and saw them move in-sync one after the other. It was a dance of beams, and she suddenly wished she had her camera.
“Wow;” she muttered.
“I'll say;” added Ashley before a whistle broke her attention.
Far on the other side of the field was the house. There she saw her father on the porch. He was waving his arms, and whacking out a performance that was filled with frenzy. Ashley glared and she wanted to giggle inside of her chest. There was something wrong, and the hairs prickled on her skin. Ashley narrowed her eyes, and looked up. There she gasped! There were beams in the air, hundreds, they weren't stars, they were an army of UFO's surfing across the sky! Ashley gulped, there were thousands up in the sky.
“Maybe we should go inside;” said Ashley as she glared at the stars.
“Why?” asked Jane as she turned her head.
Ashley pointed up, and up in the sky she saw the army of light-beams. She shivered inside of her clothes, and then she began to feel her heartbeat race.
“Wow!” she gasped after a full minute. “So many!” she added.
Ashley took Jane's hand, and then she told her to walk. Jane did so, and as she did she continued to look up at the sky. Her eyes were amazed, and as she glared she saw formations that moved. They began to twinkle Christmas colours, and she became more amazed. She began to think that maybe there was some kind of Christmas even going on, maybe the aliens were ready to wear clothes and turn civil. However Ashley pulled on Jane's hand and woke her from her thoughts. Jane moved on, and as she did she saw the house light up with some lights of its own. The beams shone off the roof, and turned impeccably bright. Jane covered her eyes, and so did Ashley. They stopped walking, and they both crouched down on the lawn. The light sprayed their faces and bodies for three full minutes, before they burst into flames and then shot up to the sky.
Ashley blinked and saw a beam of light as it joined the others. Jane saw it also, however then she gasped as she realised the house was gone.
“It stole the house!” she declared as she glared.
Ashley looked also, and she saw nothing but an empty dirt patch which once held the house.
“It stole the house!” gasped Ashley as she glared. “Now I am scared;” she added.
“Me too;” said Jane. “Let's run to town and tell the cops;” she added.
“Okay;” said Ashley before she took Jane's hand and began to run.
