OK, the following are a bit strange. For some reason, you can claim TWO ONLY of the five links, but you've got a choice in which two you first click on.
If you're going to click them, I think it might make sense either to get the most powerful abilities, or get abilities that complete your set.
I'm still not sure where these are coming from, but it should be pointed out that some of these abilities haven't been officially released yet and that it's not possible, while playing normally, to get more than one Yarost.
Yarost (225/50 O) -- given for completing Russia
Commanding Voice (95/50 O)
Wane Moon (45/95 D)
Tame werewolf (150/50 O) -- given for completing werewolf set
Hunters Instinct (80/50 M)
Force Shift (100/50 O)
One more thought... I reckon there must be people out there creating baby vamp accounts specially for the purpose of collecting these free abilities. Think about it -- you can get something like 26 Calls of the Wild. If you created 19 more baby vamps, you'd have 501 Calls of the Wild (unless I'm forgetting some sort of baby vamp restricting on sending and receiving gifts).
I haven't succumbed to the temptation to do this yet... Though it's pretty tempting...

For what it's worth, I used Internet Explorer to claim two, but I don't think the browser makes any difference.

I claimed 5 of these (except Yarost, which I already have), as well as the Baron and Psychopomp. I was able to then claim 18 of the Call of Wild links you've posted.
So I believe the limit is 25, and you just have to pick and choose what you wish to claim.
