Turbulance

Sometimes I'll hear stories from flight attendants of passengers ignoring the 'fasten seat-belt' warning during turbulence. This is when passengers suddenly have to go use the rest room or have to get up and stretch. Truly a flight attendant's nightmare because they know what can happen while passengers tempt fate!

But sometimes the turbulence is so strong that seat-belts may not even help. A United airliner encountered severe turbulence that injured over 30 people. Since this is a third time for United you can bet that it will be investigated.
