Tuna Casserole with Cheese Swirls

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup milk
1 can ( 61/2 oz.) tuna; drained
1 can (8 1/2 oz) peas; drained
1 tablespoon fesh lemon juice
1 package dry noodles, cooked
DIRECTIONS
Saute onion in melted butter until tender, stir in Bisquick. Add Cream of Mushroom soup and milk, heat to boiling over meduim heat, stirring constantly. Let boil 1 minute. Add tuna, peas and lemon juice, combine with cooked,drain noodles.
Pour into a baking dish, set to the side and prepare bisquits as follows:
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 cup shredded process American Cheese
Combine baking mix and water to form a soft dough; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Place dough on floured surface and knead 5 times. Roll into rectangle 15 x 9, sprinkle with the cheese, roll up tightly and seal edges by pinching dough along edge. Cut into twelve 1 1/4 inch slices. Place on top of Tuna Casserole and bake at 425 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
