tuesday 24th - 5x200m
a different session today meant i wouldn't fit into the morning session, and still cant make the evening session because of uni, so trained at uni.
just 90%.
felt very sore and stiff at start, but loosened into the session, and felt good.
still very tired, havnt been sleeping well or much recently. going to bed usually between 1 and 2:30am, but trying to rectify. last night was 12pm, so thats better.
