Top 70 Beautiful Asian Women

January 6th 2009 14:37
When i speak of Asian, I am referring specifically to East Asian countries. Not that i don't refer to other Asian countries as Asian, I just know more about East Asian entertainment. So I am sorry if anyone is offended that i didn't include their country or favourite celebrities.

That aside, I have compiled a list of celebrities that i find are the most beautiful. I'm sure my list can't fit everyone, and my knowledge of East Asian celebrities are only limited to the movies, dramas or music I know about, so if i have missed your favourite please forgive me. Introduce me to them and I will try to include them in future lists.

I tried to keep my list as current as possible, so i have left out alot of older celebrities. Not that I don't think older women are beautiful, it's just if i included every single female in history i would have a seriously long list.

So, don't take this too seriously. Have fun and enjoy. Let's celebrate real Asian beauty. ^^

I will countdown five everyday. Starting from 70:

70. Dee Hsu (Taiwan)

Actress, Singer, TV Host.
Born 14th June 1978.
A.K.A Little S

After releasing her first album at the age of 16 with her sister, Barbie Hsu, she finished off secondary school and along with her sister, formed the group SOS. The group was later renamed ASOS. The group became a big hit in Taiwan.

In recent years, she has become more famous for her role as host on "100% entertainment" with her sister and "Voila Kangxi" which she hosts on her own. She has the natural talent of making people laugh and she has a really down to earth personality.

Being able to juggle work, marriage and being a mother, i think she deserves a spot on the list. Not only for visual beauty, but also inner beauty.

69. Kate Tsui (Hong Kong)

Former Miss HK, Actress.
Born 19th June 1979.

Graduating from the University of California, Davis with a major in Japanese, Kate later competed in Miss HK in 2004, taking the crown and earning her an opening into the Hong Kong entertainment industry.

She has starred in a number of TVB dramas and in 2007 won the award for most improved actress. I personally think her acting is improving, but she is more suited to playing villains, as seen in the hit tv drama "Moonlight Resonance".

She is well known for being quite outspoken and was once criticized for openly speaking about sex on a Hong Kong radio station. She later apologized.

I find her facial features very beautiful. She has alluring eyes and sexy lips, but apart from the exterior, I have yet to decide whether her interior is as attractive.

68. Natalie Tong (Hong Kong)

Model turned actress.
Born 3rd May 1981.

Natalie has been around in TVB dramas for quite a while, but has always played supporting or small roles. She has become more notable in recent years after starring in "The Seventh Day" alongside popular actor, Bosco Wong.

I think she has a really sweet smile and gentle features that make her seem like a generally nice person.

67. Vicki Zhao (China)

Actress, Singer.
Born 12th March 1976.

Vicki Zhao got her first breaking role in the TV drama "Princess Pearl" in 1999. After which, she released her first album and became very popular in chinese speaking countries. In recent years, she has been classed as one of the most promising actresses from China alongside International star Zhang Ziyi and Zhou Xun.

Apart from TV, she is also becoming one of the most notable actresses in movies, starring in a number of big productions such as John Woo's latest blockbuster, "Battle of Red Cliff". She also won best actress in the 2005 Shanghai International Film Festival.

Surrounded by alot of bad rumors and controversies, i still think Vicki Zhao is amongst one the most beautiful Asian women. Her most striking features are her big round eyes.

66. Aimee Chan (Hong Kong)

Former Miss HK, Actress.
Born 1st April 1981.

Yet another Miss HK turned actress. Aimee was born in Toronto, Canada and later went to Hong Kong to compete in Miss HK 2006, which she won. She has recently started to appear in a few TVB dramas.

I think she is one of the prettier Miss HK's and she has really nice features. I first noticed her in "Catch me now", in which she played Nana, a policewoman. Her acting was surprisingly not bad and she played a really likeable character. I'm hoping to see more of her in the future.

That's it for now....stay tuned for the next 5 tomorrow.......

Sorry i wasnt able to read your disclaimer on this list. But it would have been better if you have specified East Asian in the title as not to offend people like me. Thanks.
