How do you define elegance?

The way i see it:
When describing a woman, elegance is displayed through the feeling you get from looking at them. They seem to have a feminine, gentle, graceful look to them. It can also be seen through the way they present themselves, the way they talk, the way they walk....etc. They don't need to dress up too much and they still look classy and graceful.
