How to remove ink from leather

Got an ink stain on your new leather couch?
Perhaps your kids got creative with a pen or two?
To remove ink stains from your natural leather couch, use metholated spirits or rubbing alcohol and then rub it over the spot. Dry the area with a blow dryer if it is too wet. If the stain is still there after that you can try some acetone-free nail polish remover.
Once the stain is gone, clean any traces of the nail polish remover or alcohol/metho with a leather sofa cleaner. A combined leather cleaner and conditioner or just mild solution of detergent and water.
This trick also works with shoes, handbags, and clothing made of leather, or even your creative kids skin
