He must tell her, he thought to himself. But he has not the courage to speak the three words without knowing her feelings of him. But it was tearing him apart now, at least before his friend had left this world, Julian had always had someone to tell of his heart ache, someone to confide his pains in day by day, someone he could trust. Back then he at least had someone to talk to, someone who at least made it seem bearable to live without her knowing. But how could he listen to his mind, the only thing he had that had never steered him wrong, but now the only thing that begged him not to utter the three forbidden words that the whole fiber of his being was attempting to shout to the heavens… I LOVE YOU.
He tried time and time again tracing those words on his lips,but each time he tried to speak them his voice said nothing… he loved her and if his common sense continued to lead him, she would never know it.
