There are several differences between reading a magazine or newspaper and reading content on a website or blog. When reading web content, visitors generally:

• Visitors will avoid too much information. Use one idea per paragraph and keep it simple.
• Readers are in a hurry. Put the most relevant information at the top of your content.
Some tips to follow when writing content for your website or blog:
• Use a single thought per paragraph.
• Use short sentences.
• Use simple to understand language.
• Put the most important information at the beginning.
• Use headlines that are meaningful and understood.
• Bold the text you want to stand out.
• Use bullet points for easy reading.
