There has been a lot of 'ticking off' going on around here lately - and not just of the children for wicked behaviour - but of finished tasks for business and home. For a quick creative break in between, these hearts have been cut to be filled and suspended for christmas cheer around the house.
As you can see 'Fido' is finished and now resides in baby front-door's bedroom (covering the chair will be a further project...).
As part of a large order for a shop in Melbourne, I thought you may like to see the wristlets that went out this week.
The fabric was from the latest range from American designer Anna Maria Horner - I am very inspired by her work - and feel very annoyed that she manages to produce this wonderful stuff AND has five children ( I'm sure her bathrooms are dirty).
These blues are always popular.
For more wonderful AMH colour, just look at this. The finished beach bag that was a friend's christmas order - the design was a collaborative effort by both of us!
And in order to get all of this done, I owe a huge thank you to Thomas the Tank Engine book series....
