Thoughts from a Nutrition professor

My name is Jack Bateman and I have taught the science of nutrition for over thirty years. Although iIam enjoying retirement I have decided to jump into the blogging world as a venue for sharing my knowledge to help people achieve their optimum health potential. My intiial blog in Orble seems to have malfunctioned and will not allow me to login. Therefore, after a week of sending requests to orble for help with no reply I am taking this opprtunity to take over an inactive blog and start over.
I look forward to readers questions and comments about my blog entries.
