A few = Forty. The forty can be anything. Read on and you will understand. I recently took my kids (Daughter of 9, Son of 7) to Walmart to look at toys. They had called me earlier in the day while I was at work to tell me they were ready to cash in their change from their piggybanks. And so, they were going to need to go to Walmart and do a bit of shopping for a few minutes. It was an hour and twenty minutes. 40 minutes apiece. ( by the way, my son had 40$ in change)
Another instance: Getting ready to go out to dinner, visiting friends, party, whatever, I am ready to walk out the door, and my wife tells me she will be ready in just a few minutes, I wait in the car...for 40 minutes. The person in front of me in the 20 items or less isle at Walmart says she has just a few items, yup, you guessed it, shes got about 40. I run down to the store to get a few things for grilling that night, come back with about 40 (milk, eggs, soda, cheese, mayo, beer, bread, potato salad, a new pair of jeans, onions, deoderant, shishkabob skewers, mushrooms, Froot Loops, shampoo, conditioner, two matchbox cars, cucumber, Wavy Lays potato chips, dip, car charger for my phone, crackers, a kiss the cook apron, power steering fluid, lawn darts, garden hose, tin foil, batteries, Guitar hero for XBOX, tissues, inner tube for sons bike, febreeze, dish soap, colored pencils, frozen veggies, and cookies) by the way, I forgot the Charcoal, and wood Chips that originally went for. By the way, my graduating class is have an anniversary party this year, for those of you who havent seen me a awhile, I have put on a few pounds.
