These days where we would better stay at home!

We all experience these days where we'd better stay at home, don't we?
These days where from the start you drop your coffee on yourself, don't find your keys, miss the bus.... And these days we know that we'd better stay at home, so tell me why don't we do it?
Why don't we stay at home, call work to say we are sick and just have a quiet day away from trouble?
Good question, maybe we hope that it will be just a phase and it will get better during the day?
Often it doesn't though. Or is just just our imagination? Do we analyze everything and focus on the small things that seem to go wrong these days? Is it possible actually that we create them because we are already upset or nervous?
So what should we do on these days? Maybe we should just stay at home, call for a pizza delivery and watch a DVD.... That can be the solution, but I guess for a lot of us we don't want to waste our day like that and we might also have some obligations that we can not get rid of. So what? Maybe we should slow down a bit in these days, rushing will make things just worse. If you get angry about things just leave it for a while go for a break or a coffee .... euh maybe a tea then we don't want you to get more nervous. When you'll come back more relaxed things might work better than when you are frustrated!
Relax it will pass anyway! Try to do not get annoyed and shorten your day if you can!
Good luck!
