There is No Justice, No Peace...for JP.

...and recipient of the ARU Meddle 2007...aka the Big Heave Ho.

Unwanted Wallabies hooker Jeremy Paul is expected to be granted a release from his ARU contract after being told he was unlikely to make the World Cup squad.
To understand the hypocrisy at play here, please read this post - Where is Jeremy Paul? on Rucks and Rolls to understand why I would like to see some justice...of the war kind.
Wallabies head coach John Connolly told media at the team announcement on Wednesday that the 72-Test veteran was considered to be 'down the pecking order' after Queensland Reds rake Sean Hardman was chosen ahead of Paul to replace the injured Stephen Moore in the Australia's squad for this weekend's clash against South Africa in Sydney.
NSW Waratahs hooker Adam Freier was named as the starting hooker for the Tri-Nations Test with Hardman earning a bench spot.
In a World Cup year?
You pick the rookies and dump the experience.
Hmmm...yeah. Oh.kayy, that's wise thinking. Veree logical.
Connolly believed Paul's non-selection would mean the former John Eales Medallist* would more than likely be granted a release from his current contract with the ARU so he could end his impressive career by playing with Gloucester in the UK.
The height of generosity, the ARU.
"That's being discussed at the moment," said Connolly "We have agreed to that and I'd be surprised if he didn't get a release in the near future."
JP has been asking and asking and asking for a release so that he can actually get on with his life. (see his quote below)
Connolly explained that Paul's form and lack of match-fitness were the main reasons why selectors have decided to overlook him for the current international campaign.
"There were a lot of things to take into consideration but form was the main one," said Connolly.

Bullshit. JP has been in excellent form this season.
Hello? Anyone remember the fact that Jeremy Paul was named Man of the Match consistently throught the Super 14 / Brumbis season?
"He didn't play in any of the (Australia) A games
(see reason below)He made a comeback to club rugby last weekend but he's been out of rugby now since the beginning of May, so it's quite a while and we just think it's time to move on."

JP said this in May...from 'Where is Jeremy Paul?' post;
"At the end of the day, John talks about picking his team on form yet he has picked a captain (Phill Waugh) who has only played a couple of games all season. So where is the picking on form?
"You can pull the form card out when you want it but at the end of the day it is pretty hard to take."
The experienced Paul - who is Australia's most-capped hooker with 72 Test appearances - withdrew from the Australia A squad....due to a shoulder injury.
He said: "I have got a bad shoulder at the moment, I was pretty happy to play injured for the Brumbies (his club team) but not now. No more jabs."
....the ARU also refused to release him from his contract and blocked a proposed move to English outfit Gloucester.
Paul stressed: "I just want to move on with my life. This is not a knee-jerk reaction where I haven't been picked so I am going to spit my dummy."

Jeremy Paul has perhaps done the worst thing ever.
He dared stand up to be counted.

*The John Eales Medal is awarded to honour the best Australian Rugby Union player each year.
The medal, which was launched in 2002, is jointly awarded each year by the Australian Rugby Union and the Rugby Union Players' Association (RUPA).
The medal is named after John Eales, the most successful Captain in the history of Australian Rugby.
Voting for the John Eales Medal is tallied after each Test Match, with each Wallaby player awarding points on a 3-2-1 basis.
