Cameras offering a panorama option are gaining popularity some
models offer a feature call stitch mode. The feature creates the
panoramic shots by combining as many as three or more shots
together the cameras software seamlessly combines the images into one single large picture.
There are software options you can purchase that essentially does
the same thing software like Photoshop has a stitch panorama function
that works very well. Although if you don’t like playing with software
most digital panorama cameras will do it for you.
Most panoramic cameras all you need to do is slightly overlap each
picture, a slice of the previous image will be visible on the viewfinder.
Line up the next few images in the same manner and the camera
will stitch them together forming a long image. Panoramic images
works best when the subjects are still images of trees scenery
landscapes work well , not suited for moving objects like running
car racing.
Shooting images vertically works very well especially images
of cascading waterfalls or tall buildings.
There are plenty of good quality digital cameras that offer great
Panoramic images at a reasonable cost.
