The new world order pawn Gordon Brown, also known as the brittish prime minister, promised a referendum on the EU constitution, but now, since the constitution has been swiched for a "treaty", that´s in fact even worse, he says there is no need for a referendum.

Bordon Brown did what was expected and passed the treaty, without a referendum.
