I have had experiences with the spirit world or the paranormal, whatever you want to call it all my life. However, I have never had a bad experience, except when I smell flowers.

When I was ten, I was walking down the sidewalk with some friends and it was just starting to get dark out. We were coming upon this one house and I immediately stopped, because an angel in blue appeared in the yard.

She smiled at me and she was so beautiful it almost made me cry. I asked my friends if they could see her and they could not. That experience made me feel good.

As far back as I can remember, I have had dreams about flying. The first time I did fly, when I tried to land, I did not do very well and it actually hurt.

Also, when someone in my family is going to die, I smell flowers, carnations to be exact. I don't like smelling them and I try to block it out. But EVERYTIME I do smell them someone in my family dies. This has been happening to me since I was little.

In February of 2003, at 9am, I was starting to drive out of my driveway, when I looked forward and stopped immediately. I saw a man in his mid to late 50's come out of the side of my house, walk across my lawn, stepped on the driveway, turned and look at me, then had a very surprised look on his face and crossed my driveway quickly, walked through my fence and was gone.

This man looked solid, and he looked as if he was a farmer, he had over-alls, and a blue jean lined waist jacket on, brown boots, and steel gray hair. What stayed with me the most, is the surprised look he had on his face when he looked at me. It was as if he was surprised that I could see him.

In 2005, my male Rotty passed away. He was eleven years old. It really tore me up. I cried and was just hurting. A few months later (still grieving over the loss), I was sitting on the couch watching television when the next thing I knew was with my dog and all my relatives that has gone before me.

They all knew I was there to see my dog, and everyone was so happy and they talked to each other while I loved my dog. Another thing that stood out was how vivid the color was. We all were in a beautiful green field and I have never seen color so vibrant before.

Then I was told it was time for me to go back, and I didn't want to come back. I was told it was not my time yet. The next thing I knew I was back on my couch.

In January of 2008, my Dad passed, but I have not had any connection with him since he crossed over. But my little sister passed away February of this year, and when I went to sleep, she came to me in my dream. She called out my name and in my sleep, I called out her name. The next thing I knew my dogs were waking me up. This was around 3:30 in the morning.

The following night, I was sitting here at my computer, and I had my television on. My television started messing up, or so I thought, and I turned to look at it and I could see a static image of my little sister. I called out to her and said she shouldn't do that. And that was the last time I have heard from her.

I also smelled carnations two weeks before my Dad and my little sister passed. I tried to ignore it, hoping upon hope that nothing would happen. Sadly it did happen.

I cannot document these experiences, all I can do is relate them to anyone who wants to read them. As I said before, I have had them all my life.
