PETA is back in the news. If you think it can't get stranger, well guess what? PETA is proving that it aims for the total vegan lifestyle. This means that they even don't approve of vegetarians that allow certain animal products like eggs, milk, butter, etc.
PETA is going after butter sculptures at fairs. It also tends to weave a political web in strange alliances. Conservatives and PETA agree that a Michael Jackson butter sculpture is inappropriate for different reasons.
My point is that I have witnessed many a butter sculptures at fairs. I find them laughable at most, but feel that if people enjoy them, why bother them? PETA continues to promote their beliefs on the rest of us. Their opinion continues to be heard by the non-meat-loving community and is forced on the rest of us!
