What if those who were in control of the system limiting mankind’s true potential, weren't of this realm? How would you react to the notion that other-dimensional beings are in control of our world leaders?

Humans aren't the cause of all this evil in the world, and we never have really being the main instigators of such a rebellion against Creation itself. The Luciferic Consciousness has influence over a select species of beings who reside in the lower 4th Dimension (known as the Lower Astral Realm/Hell/Purgatory), these beings themselves are sentient; but they are driven by the pure desire of conquest & blood-shed, malevolent beings who find joy in suffering and pain.
The creatures I speak of would resemble us, but with reptilian features. Imagine what dinosaurs would look like if they had evolved physically into something similar to what we are. Or basically any reptile that evolved into something humanoid in nature. These are known as the Draconian Empire (draco meaning dragon in Latin, another form of reptile), and they are believed to be controlling our world & religious leaders through subtle manipulation, and false promises of greater power for those they have hood-winked.
Every leader in human history has been under the direct influence of these creatures since the beginning of time itself, which coincidently began around the time when Christianity had formed under the Holy Roman Empires banner. There has also been a secret order in the world, which has stood the test of time, and has kept itself well hidden.
The covers it uses is Freemasonry, and the Rosicrucian Society (plus many other names - one being the elusive Illuminati). However it is known to its' members as the Order of Death (think from the Star Wars saga, and those who were portrayed as the Sith); it's main goal is world domination through mind control, social conditioning, and creating order out of chaos.
For those who believe that the attacks on September 11th 2001, and the following attacks to date have been orchestrated by the governments themselves; then you have the first piece of the puzzle in your hands, this is how they hope to establish their order - the New World Order. A world order that George Orwell had foreseen in his book "1984", a world controlled by fear of the state, a world where you are under 24 hour surveillance.
Haven't you noticed the increased presence of police and surveillance cameras after these terrorist attacks? The increased security our society is facing in the name of democracy? Is it worth it?
