No matter how many people are basically decent, the exceptions are the ones that stick out. Decent people don't grab the headlines and shed negativity, the exceptions do!
An American Airlines aircraft headed for Boston had to return to Miami after a bomb scare.
Although there is only speculation at this time, the FBI is investigating a couple of flight attendants. Of course this is now a full-blown investigation of the crew's involvement!
